These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services of Moving With Prince LLC ("Moving With Prince," "we," "us," or "our"), a veteran-owned moving company based in Palm Coast, Florida. By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or booking a move, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Our Services

Moving With Prince provides local and long-distance moving services, including residential moving, apartment moving, commercial moving, packing and unpacking, and specialty moving services. We serve Flagler County, St. John's County, Duval County, and surrounding areas in Florida, as well as long-distance destinations across the Northeast, Midwest, and South.

2. Quotes & Estimates

• Quotes and estimates are provided free of charge and are based on the information you give us at the time of your request.
• Estimates are not a final or guaranteed price unless expressly confirmed in writing. The final cost may change based on the actual size of the move, distance, access conditions, time required, special items, and additional services requested.
• We will communicate any material changes to your estimate before completing the work whenever possible.

3. Booking & Scheduling

• A move is considered booked once you confirm your date with us and we acknowledge that confirmation.
• We make every effort to arrive on time, but arrival windows may be affected by weather, traffic, prior jobs, or circumstances beyond our control.
• You are responsible for providing accurate pickup and drop-off addresses, access details, and any information about stairs, elevators, parking, or special items.

4. Payment

• Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking or upon completion of the move, unless other arrangements are made in writing.
• Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.
• Any deposits, if required, will be disclosed in advance.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your move, please contact us as soon as possible at (904) 579-0572. We ask for reasonable advance notice so we can adjust our schedule. Any deposit or cancellation policy specific to your booking will be communicated at the time you reserve your date.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Disclose all items that require special handling, including safes, antiques, and high-value or fragile belongings.
• Ensure that valuables, important documents, medications, and irreplaceable items are transported personally rather than loaded onto the truck.
• Properly prepare items not packed by our team, and ensure clear, safe access at both locations.
• Inform us of any hazardous, perishable, or prohibited items in advance.

7. Items We Do Not Move

For safety and legal reasons, we generally do not transport hazardous materials (such as flammable, explosive, or corrosive substances), perishable foods, live plants or animals, or illegal items. Please contact us with any questions about specific belongings.

8. Liability & Insurance

Moving With Prince is licensed and insured. We handle your belongings with care; however, our liability for loss or damage is limited as permitted by applicable law and the terms of your specific moving agreement. Claims for loss or damage must be reported to us promptly. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for any fraudulent or harmful purpose. All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and the Moving With Prince name and mascot, is the property of Moving With Prince LLC and may not be used without our written permission.
